John 14 - More Than Enough Room

I've always dreamed of being part of a duo, like Simon and Garfunkel, Paul and John, Johnny and June..
I've pretty much always written songs by myself, and though I was good at it, it can get a bit exhausting to constantly come up with fresh ideas and melodies all on my own.
But you know what? God has a wonderful sense of humor. When He asked me to start Project of Love - the Bible in song, He paired me up with a fantastic partner: the Holy Spirit! 🔥
I can’t even express how much this changes everything. He’s like the John to my Paul, the June to my Johnny. 😉 He’s my Counselor, my Muse, my producer, my lead AND backing vocal, but above all, He’s my best Friend.
Another cool thing about collaborating with Him is that He was actually present when things were said and written, so He knows what 'tone of voice' these scriptures should have.
Anyway, more on that later. Recently, He’s been guiding me to set some 'End of Times' scriptures to music—like Joel 2, John 14, Romans 13, and Revelation—take your pick. ;)
I've never really been an 'End of Times' kinda guy, but even I can see that the world is unraveling fast and coming to an end. It's time for Jesus' reign; all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day..
To highlight the urgency, Jesus in His love and mercy, decided to pay my wife a visit.
In December 2024, during her quiet time, Janis had a heart-to-heart with Jesus. She has such a beautiful, child-like relationship with Him, and it’s a true blessing to witness.
He shared a lot with her, and maybe I’ll get to share some of those insights later. But for now, relating to John 14, He told Janis, "I'm coming soon. The table is set, and I'm almost finished arranging the flowers."
It was one of those amazing moments when what the Spirit revealed to me matched perfectly with what Jesus shared with Janis.
So take heart, my sweet brothers and sisters; He's coming soon to take us home so we can always be with Him. I don't know about you, but I'm ready! ❤️😊🙏
