Isaiah 65
1. “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help.
I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me.
I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’
to a nation that did not call on my name.
2. All day long I opened my arms
to a rebellious people.
Isaiah 53
6. Yet the Lord laid on him
the sins of us all.
All of us, have strayed away.
5. But he was pierced for our rebellion,
crushed for our sins.
He was beaten so we could be whole.
He was whipped so we could be healed.

This is our last Isaiah (for now). Since last October 2022, we've released a new Isaiah song every week. Both the timing and frequency are inspired by the Holy Spirit, still, a deadline every week, we've never worked so hard in our lives 😁

And what better way to end this beautiful book of Isaiah with Isa 65/53. Here's God, here's Jesus telling us, 'all day long I opened my arms to a rebellious people'.
The rebellious people He was talking about were a child-sacrificing, adulterous and idolatrous people. But He loved them, dearly.
And He gave His life for them, for us.
So there's hope for this world yet, cause He still, opens His arms all day long, to a rebellious people.❤️
