Acts 10 - Healing All
36. There is peace with God through Jesus Christ,
Lord of all.
34. I see very clearly that God shows no favoritism.
35. In every nation he accepts those who fear Him
and do what is right.
38. And you know that God anointed Jesus
with the Holy Spirit and with power.
Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all
who were oppressed by the devil,
for God was with him.

I've only been a believer for almost six years now, and I'll be the first to admit that I still have a lot to learn.
But even I can see that this debate about whether God still heals and whether He makes people sick is part of the enemy's tactics to divert our attention.
Whenever I write about healing, I can expect a lot of angry emails, almost all containing a lot of Old Testament quotes.
While we beat each other over the head with 'truth' and scriptures proving our points, while we're busy unmasking 'false prophets', there are godly men and women all over the world, mostly quietly, obeying what Jesus commanded us to do: healing the sick, raising the dead (literally), casting out demons, and spreading the Good News with power in the darkest, hellish places on earth.
We are not just spreading a nice philosophy like so many others do. We bring Good News with POWER. That's the difference! It's tangible.
In James 2, the Bible tells us that 'faith without works is dead.'
You know why the early believers were called Christians? ("little Christs.") Because they acted so much like Christ.
We have a New Testament brimming with miracles, healings, and raising the dead. We've been given a Savior who said, "If you've seen me, you've seen the Father."
This Jesus, who never made anybody sick, and as Acts 10 says, healed them all.
This generous Father in Luke 15 who said, "All I have is yours."
Face it, we are a funny bunch, we Christians.
We look for scriptures that (seemingly) contradict this message and base a theology on that. Or we base a theology on our own personal experiences. That's always a good idea...
As you know, a lot of my songs (if not all) are given to me by the Holy Spirit. Almost every week, we release a new song and video. It’s crazy— that shouldn’t even be possible. Even more so when you realize sometimes we only have three days in a week to create something. It's unique. It's a miracle. And as far as I know, it's never been done before (Talk about your 'John 14 greater things'... Jesus never had a weekly release 😉).
So this song, you'll find... well, it's a little different. I guess the Spirit figured some folks are hard of hearing, so the message needs to be LOUD!
